Hugs,

Today I have a Hero Arts card to share. This was inspired by the "A Cut Above" class by OnlineCardClasses.com. It has lots of great die-cutting and card ideas and you can still join in on the fun.

I also have a Hero Arts Giveaway to celebrate my new blog design and to thank you for visiting! For a chance to win just comment on this post. For an extra chance to win become a follower with Google Friend Connect. The winner will be announced on Sunday, May 6.

Here is a simple card set that I made for the current Hero Arts challenge. I covered plain white paper with distress inks. Then I misted the stamp with water and stamped it to create this “bleached” look.

I’m loving this “new to me” Kraft paper. It is from Papertrey Ink and it is very sturdy! I think it is 110 lbs. weight compared to the approx. 60 lbs. weight I can buy at the local craft stores. This is so much better, especially for shaped cards. I highly recommend it.
