Slimming Saturday: Week 4

This post should probably be called Setback Saturday. Vacations seem to equal weight gain, and this time was no exception. I'm up about 2 pounds.

Here are a few of the delicious reasons why it is impossible to count Weight Watchers Points on a cruise ship:

Ginger-Teriyaki dusted Angus Beef Tenderloin on Wasabi Mashed Potatoes
with Bok Choy and a Tamarind-Barbecue Reduction

Our Special Anniversary Dessert (Chocolate Mousse, I think)

Double Cut Rack of Lamb with a Dijon Crust
(This was Stephen's dinner, but I like the picture.)

White Chocolate Brownie Cheesecake
with Whipped Cream and Raspberry Coulis

North Atlantic Lobster Ravioli with roasted Garlic
and sweet Basil scented  Tomato Juice

Roasted Pork Tenderloin seasoned with Smoked Salt
Citrus flavored Polenta Cakes and oven-roasted Carrots, Parsnips,
and caramelized Granny Smith Apples

I'm a little disappointed about the weight gain, but not surprised. I will just keep exercising and following Weight Watchers Points. I should be back to losing again soon.
