Okay, I need to learn how to knit. Next retreat please teach me how to cast on and one basic stitch. Love this colorful scarf.

I used to knit a lot when I was younger - but my needles were getting dusty in my basket ( all my grandchildren want fleece scarfs) - till January when a friend put me on to Premier Yarns - fishnet yarn and the incredibly beautiful cascading scarf you can make from it. I ordered on line from Herschners which was more reasonably priced than buying from Premier it self. I have been busy tending to my own knitting and my husband likes to say ever since.

Check it out you may like it. you only have to carry 8 stitches on your needle and one skein of yarn makes an adult size scarf. I have gotten so many comment from people when I wear mine out and one lady wanted to buy it right off my neck.

Lovely scarf. I've knitted a few things but not much since coming to this tropical island! But I made 3 pairs of fingerless gloves (so that you can still type!) one each for my 2 girls, and one for myself. My eldest is studying in Edinburgh, and the second is going to Exeter in sept. They were such fun. Will try track the pattern if you're interest. Must take a photo too.
