Two Peas + Cricut Contest: Week 1

These cards were created for Week 1 of the Two Peas + Cricut Contest. They will be going to OperationWriteHome (formerly CardsforHeroes).

I used the Cricut From My Kitchen cartridge to cut the coffee pots and Accent Essentials to cut the bracket shape. Cricut makes it so easy and fast to make multiples like this. I only had enough paper to make 7 cards, so I just set my quantity button at 7 for each cut. So simple!

I stamped the bracket shape with the Hero Arts Old Writing Background in Tim Holtz Tattered Rose Distress Ink to make my own tone-on-tone background paper. I learned this in Thinking Inking with Jennifer McGuire. The inside is stamped with a Hero Arts Coffee Sparkle Clear greeting.

Be sure to check out the latest Cricut Promotion, The Great Gypsy Escape! Purchase one of 4 new Cricut catridges for a chance to win a new Gyspy (handheld design studio for Cricut), $2,000 travel vouchers and even a $30,000 trip to one of 5 fabulous locations!

Thanks for looking!
