Created for the Caardvarks / Hero Arts Winter Wonderland Challenge and the Hero Arts Blog "sneakyinspiration" challenge! Closeup

Inspired by Lisa's beautiful green, pink, and red cards on the blog. I used gingham fabric and handstitched around the edges in green. It doesn't show up well, but the Raindrop Background is stamped in white on the green card base and on the red strip. The tree is embellished with red Crystal Stickers "Glitter Dome" gemstones plus a yellow Hero Arts button for the star.

Hmm, how come I have no problem sewing on cards, but procrastinate on other mending jobs?
